Marmon Holdings, Inc. in Crothersville, IN is hiring a production line operator to manage continuous copper coil drawing and wire extrusion processes on our manufacturing line. You will set up dies, tooling and lubricants, adjust controls, and monitor product quality to meet specifications.

This role emphasizes teamwork, TPMs, Lean events, and safety compliance. Candidates should be prepared to work a fast-paced line, perform preventive maintenance, and support line restoration after breakouts.

Responsabilités

• Set up extruder with dies, tooling and lubricants; adjust temperature, speed, and thickness for nylon-coated wire.
• Monitor extrusion process and measure output to ensure tolerances and finish per specifications.
• Gage wire and apply lubricants to maintain tolerances; inspect for defects and take corrective actions.
• Perform preventive and minor maintenance; troubleshoot line issues and assist in TPM activities.
• Move finished wire using powered lift trucks; maintain cleanliness and safety on the line.
