Job summary

Hanesbrands is seeking an In-studio Associate Photographer to produce e-commerce PDP videos and stills, including tabletop, on-model, and off-model photography, with content automation systems and strong lighting expertise.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a solid apparel portfolio, and proficiency with Canon cameras, Capture One, and Adobe Creative Cloud. You will work with PDP managers and product teams to deliver premium visual content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of photography and sample management systems such as Shot Flow, Workhorse, Capture One, Adobe suites and Microsoft Office.
• Prefer experience with Style Shoots systems: Live (on‑model photography and video), Vertical (hollow mannequin photography) and Horizontal (laydown photography).
• Knowledge of post‑production processes and file management.
• Familiarity with Canon 5D’s EOS full‑frame camera and Canon C300, C200 video equipment.
• Familiarity with using high CRI‑LED lighting and in‑studio strobe photography.
• Mac/OS proficient.
• Strong apparel portfolio required.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and shoot all apparel brands and categories from intimates to activewear.
• Be a proactive creative with a strong eye for detail and understanding of fashion and industry trends.
• Perform in‑studio photography and manage production of visual photos and video content.
• Collaborate with PDP photography managers, senior photographer, photo stylist and product managers.
• Engage in the creative process for both post‑production and live‑production needs and work with all parties to achieve defined goals.
• Monitor and maintain photo and video equipment inventory and facilitate service repairs when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to create and execute ideas that push the envelope and take brands to the next level.
• Participate in weekly creative meetings that will ideate new projects and outline schedules for upcoming projects.
• Adjust lighting and camera angles to produce premium content for still life/laydown, on‑model and off‑model content.
• Demonstrate strong desire to learn new techniques and technologies.
