Overview

Reporting to the Photo Studio Manager, the Digital Photographer is responsible for ecommerce photography both on and off model. The Digital Photographer is a detail oriented, organized, deadline driven personality that can thrive in a fast paced, in-house retail e-commerce department.

Responsibilities

• Plan and shoot photography both on and off model based on ecommerce directive
• Must be able to work quickly in a deadline driven environment
• Collaborate with digital, marketing and merch teams to ensure efficient execution of directives
• Responsible for all pre and post shoot functions including retouching, returning of samples and organization of files
• Stay current with retail, style, marketing, and photography trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross functional team in a corporate environment
• Actively seeks opportunities to improve processes and increase industry knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in photography, or comparable experience with a fashion photography focus.
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in e-commerce, fashion, brand advertising, catalog, or retail environment preferred
• Exceptional knowledge of editing programs such as Photoshop, Lightroom and Capture One
• Proficiency/software skills in digital file management and communication, data entry
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with Project Management software such as Monday.com
• Excellent display strengths in studio and natural lighting
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong strategic, visual, and verbal skills required
• Ability to quickly conceptualize in a visual environment

Schedule

• This position is hybrid with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote with working hours of 7:30am-4pm. The Photo Studio is located inside the SNIPES Distribution Center in Philadelphia PA
