Job summary

Haddad Brands in New York, NY, is seeking an E-Commerce Product Styling Assistant to support high-volume flat/off-model production. You will prepare, style, and photograph products according to brand guidelines while maintaining studio standards.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 years of experience in apparel styling and are organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, in-office role supporting global brand partnerships.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of experience in apparel styling, laydowns, and pinups.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable steaming, folding, handling, and moving garments and accessories.
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and basic computer skills; knowledge of PowerPoint, Miro, or other creative tools is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment.
• Consistent in-office presence is vital to the role as it is for all Haddad Brands team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare assigned products for photography, including steaming, folding, shaping, and organizing as needed
• Photograph large volumes of off-model apparel, bags, socks, accessories, and related products
• Maintain consistency in product placement, cropping, and composition under guidance
• Follow established file-naming, exporting, and production-tracking procedures
• Meet daily and weekly production expectations while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Notify the team promptly of any missing, damaged, or incorrect samples and partner with them to determine next steps.
• Keep shooting station and sample area organized
• Special projects as assigned
