BOOST Radio in the Greater St. Louis Area is seeking a Production Assistant/ APD-MD to host high-energy CHH content on a daily in-studio shift. You will engage listeners across calls, texts, and social media, turning moments into compelling conversations about CHH culture.

You will also assist with program and music direction, manage logs, coordinate staff, and contribute to production. Faith and community involvement are valued as part of the role.

Qualifikationen

• Radio/marketing experience is a plus.
• Content creation skills and audience engagement.
• Proficiency with audio software (Adobe Audition) is preferred.
• Familiarity with WideOrbit and PowerGold scheduling systems.

Aufgaben

• Create compelling, interactive content and host a high-energy daily air shift.
• Turn phones, texts, social media, games, and listener stories into the focal point of the show.
• Bring CHH culture knowledge and curiosity into on-air conversations.
• Oversee mix song lists, DJ schedules, and log placement.
• Create, schedule, and reconcile daily music logs; track data in scheduling software.
• Coordinate schedules for all on-air staff.
• Assist Production Director with editing audio and dubbing into WideOrbit.
• Oversee guest Mix DJs and ensure weekly assets hit deadlines.
• Write concise copy for liners, promos, underwriting spots, and imaging.
• Create engaging social content across platforms; turn on-air moments into digital touchpoints.
• Represent BOOST brand at events and online; weave faith into content.
• Maintain active involvement in a local church community.
