Job summary

Acosta Group seeks an in-store Brand Ambassador for a major national carrier. You will engage customers, demonstrate devices, explain plans, and convert conversations into sales through a consultative approach. This is a full-time, on-site role in a dynamic retail environment.

Availability ASAP through Dec 31, 2026 with Thursday–Monday schedule. $30/hour base plus bonuses and a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Benefits eligible and KPI-based bonuses available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort using digital tools and reporting platforms.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage retail customers to uncover needs and close sales.
• Demonstrate wireless devices, plans, and promos to shoppers.
• Explain pricing and value propositions clearly.
• Guide customers through purchase with a consultative approach.
• Maintain store signage and track performance with reporting tools.
• Share market insights to inform program strategy.
