Acosta Group, on behalf of Verizon, seeks a Part-time Value Field Sales Representative in Minnesota to act as the in-store brand ambassador and drive sales for wireless devices, plans, and promotions.

The role requires engaging customers, delivering product demonstrations, and guiding purchases with a consultative approach. Start ASAP through 12/31/2026, with shifts Thu–Mon and a $25/hour base plus bonuses and a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort using digital tools and reporting platforms.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively engage retail customers to uncover needs, identify purchasing intent, and create sales opportunities.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations of wireless devices, service plans, and current promotions.
• Clearly explain pricing, features, and value propositions to support informed customer purchase decisions.
• Close sales and guide customers through the purchase process with a consultative, service-oriented approach.
• Build strong working relationships with store leadership and associates to support in-store execution and sales success.
• Coach and influence store teams to strengthen brand advocacy and support sell-through of telecommunication products.
• Maintain merchandising, signage, and display standards to ensure strong brand presentation in assigned locations.
• Track performance, customer interactions, and key performance indicators using required reporting tools and systems.
• Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive activity to help inform program performance and field strategy
