Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is hiring motivated, customer-focused sales professionals to represent Springs Window Fashions inside major home improvement stores in Saint Paul, MN. You will promote products, help customers find window solutions, and support in-store marketing initiatives.

The role includes travel to multiple stores daily, delivering product knowledge, and aiming to exceed sales targets while earning a base hourly wage plus a monthly bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or strong interest in building a career in sales.
• Outgoing and confident with excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Comfortable working in a retail environment.
• Ability to acquire and communicate product features and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Springs Window Fashions products.
• Build and maintain relationships with store associates and customers.
• Merchandising: set up product displays.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Generate leads to increase sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and product education.
• Travel within territory to 2-5 stores per day.
