Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is hiring for a Regular Full-Time Retail Field Sales role representing Springs Window Fashions in Spokane, WA. You’ll promote products inside major home improvement stores, build retailer relationships, and ensure excellent customer service while meeting sales targets.

The position offers competitive hourly pay of $24 with a 10% monthly bonus, paid weekly, and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or strong interest in building a career in sales.
• Outgoing and confident with excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Comfortable working in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Springs Window Fashions products.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and customers.
• Merchandising: Maintain and set up product displays.
• Sales: Meet or exceed targets and goals.
• Generate leads to increase sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and product education.
• Travel within your territory, visiting 2-5 stores per day.
