Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative in Saint Paul, MN to promote Springs Window Fashions within assigned retail locations.

The role offers $24 per hour with a 10% monthly bonus, and a schedule Tuesday–Saturday, traveling to 2-5 stores per day to drive sales growth. You will build retailer relationships, merchandise displays, and deliver expert product education to customers while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or strong interest in building a career in sales.
• Outgoing and confident with excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Springs Window Fashions products.
• Build relationships with store associates and customers.
• Merchandise: maintain and set up product displays.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Generate leads to increase sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and product education.
• Travel within your territory, visiting 2-5 stores per day.
