Williams Comfort Air in Indianapolis is seeking a Sales Lead Generator to partner with CostCo and connect members with our Water Treatment solutions. You’ll start conversations, explain benefits, and set appointments for home service consultants inside the store.

Ideal candidates enjoy face-to-face conversations, bring energy and positivity, and stay composed under rejection. You’ll work Saturdays during CostCo peak times and help educate customers about water treatment options.

Qualifications

• Love talking to people and enjoy face-to-face conversations.
• Bring energy, positivity, and self-motivation to everything you do.
• Stay calm and professional, even when someone says no.
• Be a go-getter focused on results and growth.
• Listen actively to understand customer needs.
• Read the room and recognize interest.
• Organized and manage time across shifts.
• Guide conversations toward a clear next step (appointment).
• Able to stand/walk 4–8 hours in a retail environment.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, texting, and emailing.

Responsabilités

• Represent Williams Comfort Air and CostCo partnership by engaging shoppers with our water treatment options.
• Work inside CostCo— no cold calling or door knocking.
• Start conversations, explain benefits, and set appointments for home service consultants.
• Build relationships with CostCo associates and store managers as the face of the partnership.
• Educate customers and staff about the program and the value of clean, treated water.
• Track goals and celebrate wins with training and support from the company.
