H&M in Chattanooga is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to implement visual standards and drive commercial excellence in-store. You will curate styling and stay on trend while coaching the store team to deliver a consistent customer experience aligned with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities include workload planning, launching campaigns, maintaining stock/presentation, analyzing KPIs, and collaborating with Store Management and Area Visual Manager to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to omni customer experience with visual and commercial curation.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Plan workload with store activation plan and adapt with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities on time.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and input on allocation to store/m-gt teams.
• Follow procedures for OMNI services and store routines to maintain standards.
