Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. seeks an experienced store professional for its Las Vegas location to deliver outstanding customer experiences while maintaining high visual merchandising standards. You will prepare products, execute floor sets, and analyze sales data to drive performance.

The role requires strong communication, project management skills, and the ability to work non-traditional hours. Base pay ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of visual merchandising coordinating experience.
• Strong experience in customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
• Proven multi-disciplinary understanding including design fundamentals for visual presentation and ability to execute floor sets with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and provide insights to improve performance.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards; optimize product presentation.
• Coordinate events and campaigns with Marketing Manager and VM team.
• Ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant working/shopping environment.
• Handle incoming/outgoing merchandise and manage stockroom processes.
• Be flexible with non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
