Job summary

QVC Group in Tysons Corner, Virginia, is seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead to elevate guest experiences through on-brand window displays, floor sets, and inventory replenishment. You will supervise daily store activities, mentor the team, and align with brand standards to drive sales and create an inspiring environment.

This on-site role requires flex scheduling, physical readiness to lift items up to 50 lbs, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems.
• Additional physical requirements may be required i.e. climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply the company visual merchandising standards and concepts.
• Collaborate on floor sets, window display planning, and inventory replenishment to create an extraordinary guest experience.
• Be the sales supervisor and oversee daily activities as scheduled to ensure floor coverage and goal awareness.
• Provide relevant performance feedback to the management team based on observation of the store team.
