Job summary

Edikted is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to create compelling store visuals and guide the team in delivering an inspiring customer experience aligned with the Edikted brand. You will lead garment presentation, window styling, and in-store layouts to stimulate sales and showcase seasonal trends.

You will coach the store team, implement the Commercial Guide line, maintain visual standards, and ensure safety and compliance while supporting store goals and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Inclusive, positive and creative; eager to learn on the job.
• Passionate about customer service and helping people find their style.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• 1–2+ years of transferable experience welcomed.
• Able to lift in excess of 20 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• May travel to support other stores.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on Sales Floor & Windows per Commercial Guide line.
• Determine additional commercial opportunities with Store Manager.
• Execute floor moves based on joint decisions.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends.
• Share, inspire and educate the store team on seasonal trend information, campaigns, and brand standards.
• Meet customer expectations on direct service and support the store to achieve an excellent customer experience.
• Follow Edikted Visual Identity through the Commercial Guide line and ensure well-styled mannequins in windows and in-store.
• Launch and maintain all sales campaigns and activities on time and according to Edikted standards.
• Follow up on Store KPIs and initiate actions to reach store goals and budgets.
