Job summary

Visionworks Sales Lead is the face of our store, dedicated to delivering an outstanding journey for every patient and customer. You will be trained in optics, our products and managed vision care, guiding eyewear choices in a simple, human, and bold way.

As part of a full-time role, you will drive daily sales goals, engage with customers, and ensure eyewear is correctly matched to needs, supported by ongoing training and store operations.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continued training to ensure eyewear is right the First Time
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store
