Job summary

You will meet customers' connectivity needs for mobile, internet, cable and related services while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecom sales.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and upsell telecom products and services.
• Meet or exceed sales and commission targets.
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
• Provide a positive, solution-focused customer experience.
• Work in-person at the assigned Ruston store; travel within 35 miles if needed.
