Best Buy Sherman is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be the friendly face customers see when they walk in. You’ll help guests choose tech, explain features, and build trust with confident recommendations.

Our training will equip you with the knowledge to meet each person's needs, whether in-store or during curbside pickup. This role emphasizes hands-on product demos, cashier duties, stock upkeep, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
