Job summary

Best Buy seeks a friendly Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers select tech products and services aligned to their needs. You will receive training to confidently recommend solutions while delivering great service.

You will engage customers, run product demos, process sales and returns, and participate in ongoing product knowledge updates. A part-time schedule includes holidays, nights, and weekends, with opportunities for employee discounts and growth.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers' needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
