Job summary

Victra is seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative in Wallace, NC to deliver world-class service and connect guests to what matters most. You will assist with merchandising, store operations, and customer interactions to create a positive in-store experience.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of customer service, and be able to work evenings, weekends, and holiday periods. Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring each visit is a positive and memorable experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present product recommendations.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Support a fast-paced store environment by assisting the team with guest interactions and follow-through.
