Best Buy is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers find the right tech products and services. We provide training to confidently recommend options that fit each customer's needs, with a focus on friendly service and hands-on demos.

You will welcome customers, perform product demos, handle transactions, and support curbside and in-store pickup while staying knowledgeable through ongoing training and developments.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
