This role offers base pay of $16.00 to $21.00 per hour plus commissions; top performers can exceed $65,000 annually with total compensation potentially reaching $75,500+. We provide comprehensive benefits starting day one and ongoing training to help you advance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and customer service to grow the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by connecting and asking questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide top-down sales solutions.
• Close sales with effective communication to fulfill customer needs.
• Develop skills through ongoing training across merchandising and inventory.
• Possibly contact current Verizon customers for upsell opportunities via outbound calls and texts.
• Engage with the community outside the store at Verizon-sponsored events to expand the customer base.
