Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers choose tech products and services. You will be trained to confidently recommend solutions tailored to each customer’s needs and to support a welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, giving product demos, processing purchases and returns, and assisting with pickup orders. A 3-month retail or similar background is preferred, with a flexible schedule including holidays

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or similar fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos and make recommendations across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
