Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers find the right tech products and services while learning the skills to confidently recommend solutions.

You’ll welcome customers, demonstrate products, handle cashier duties, keep the floor stocked, and participate in ongoing training. This role suits someone with a passion for sales and helping people, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
