Job summary

Best Buy in Frisco, TX is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers choose tech products and services while we train you to confidently recommend solutions that meet individual needs. You'll welcome customers, demo products, handle purchases, and keep the sales floor stocked. A flexible schedule is required, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
