Job summary

Best Buy in Matthews, NC is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers choose tech products and services. You’ll learn to confidently recommend the right solution and provide friendly, hands-on service across departments.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, demos, cashier duties, and keeping the floor stocked and welcoming. A flexible schedule—including holidays and weekends—is expected, with training provided to build product knowledge and sales

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of retail or fast-paced, team-oriented experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage in conversation to identify needs.
• Demonstrate products, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers' needs across departments.
• Process purchases, returns and exchanges at the cashier.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
