Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers choose the right tech products and services. We will train you and support your growth as you assist shoppers with product demos, questions, and recommendations across departments.

The role includes cashier duties, knowledge-building, and maintaining a well-stocked sales floor, with opportunities for in-store and curbside pickup support. Flexible schedule required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
