Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible work schedule to meet retail needs incl. evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction with follow-up and service excellence.
• Interpreting account statements and assisting customers with bill payments in-store.
• Answering questions on services, updating account data, and processing service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Maintaining detailed product knowledge and competitive information.
• Contributing to a fun, competitive store environment.
