• Able to train multiple customers concurrently in a small business setting.
• Persistent in helping customers become independent and capable of creating on their own.

• Act as a facilitator, listening to goals and adjusting teaching style to skill level.
• Support customers and teammates through in-store help options such as enterprise services and the Genius Bar.
