Intuit seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, while helping grow TurboTax’s local client base.

Ideal candidates hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license, have 3+ years of tax filing experience, and can work 20+ hours per week onsite.

Qualifikationen

• Active license as EA/CPA or attorney is required.
• PTIN must be held to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and onsite work cadence.

Aufgaben

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Deliver software/support for TurboTax products to customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with uniform policy.
• Offer holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
