Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in West Des Moines, IA is seeking Brand Ambassadors to bring the UO experience to life through authentic connections and personal style.

You’ll engage customers, share in-store exclusives, and help create a welcoming, on-brand shopping environment. As part of a dynamic team, you’ll stay current on product drops and trends, assist with restocking and styling displays, and use in-store tech to support seamless shopping across in-store and online channels.

Qualifications

• Flexibility with scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life: Show up as you—your individuality, creativity, and perspective are what make the UO experience different; stay in the know on product drops, trends, and what’s happening in-store and online
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: Engage customers with authentic conversations, keep them informed about exclusive drops and promotions, and share your enthusiasm for products you're genuinely excited about
• Make Shopping Seamless: Help maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand
• Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between
• Stay Curious + Flexible: Be open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun
• Work as a Team: Support your team, share ideas, and bring good energy—we show up for each other and make the store a positive place to be
