Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our iconic snacks to life in stores. You will ensure shelves are stocked, displays are on-brand, and product is ordered efficiently to keep items in stock.

You will travel to primary and secondary locations within the Ann Arbor area and surrounding towns to support Mondelēz brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move products; push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Ann Arbor, MI (also Saline, Ypsilanti, Belleville).

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture photos via DMI.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store insights to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe and compliant; perform physical merchandise movement.
