Mondelez International is hiring a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring top snacks like Oreo and Chips Ahoy! to life in stores across Richmond, El Campo, and Missouri City, TX. You will stock shelves, build displays, and use Salesforce on an iPad to keep products in stock.

The role requires a reliable driver with a positive, professional attitude and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Retail experience is a plus, with strong opportunities for career growth within Mondelēz.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver\'s license.
• Live within 25 miles of Richmond, TX; able to travel to El Campo and Missouri City, TX.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move products as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and be the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily, capture display photos, and follow DMI merchandising guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Order product via iPad to keep shelves in stock using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays aligned with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and events.
• Communicate store-level insights to the RTM and management teams.
• Stay safe and compliant, handling physical tasks as required.
