Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are always in stock while engaging with store teams and shoppers.

Daily responsibilities include store visits, ordering via iPad, and capturing display photos. The role requires physical work, reliability, and a willingness to travel within the San Antonio area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access bases.
• Live within 25 miles of San Antonio, TX; secondary locations in SW San Antonio, TX.
• Schedule requires four weekdays and one weekend day; starts at 06:00 AM.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; perform physical merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Order product via iPad to keep shelves and displays in stock using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans with stores.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
