Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to act as a brand execution merchant in Centerville and nearby Ohio stores. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock while using iPad and Salesforce to place orders.

You’ll interact with store teams and shoppers, travel to multiple local locations, and support launches and promotional events. Strong communication and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which you reside.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to lift and move product up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Centerville, OH.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelez in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Order products via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and events.
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and comply with physical requirements of the role.
