Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in the United States. You will represent iconic brands, stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are in stock while building strong relationships with store staff.

You will place orders via iPad, capture photos, and follow RTM plans with Salesforce. This role requires physical activity and a customer-focused attitude, with opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance, reimbursed mileage.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, moving up to 25 lbs, occasional 50+ lbs).
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location (Sioux City, IA); secondary Vermillion, SD.
• Schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat/Sun; start time 06:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Provide outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily, capture display photos, and follow DSD Merchandising Excellence (DMI).
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and align with RTM plans.
• Follow RTM schedules for efficient coverage with retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and comply with physical role requirements.
