Mondelez International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in the Lancaster, OH area. You will represent iconic brands in-store, stock shelves, build displays, and place orders to keep products in stock.

You will drive between local stores, maintain relationships with store staff, and execute merchandising plans. The role includes physical tasks and a guaranteed weekend-friendly schedule.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location Lancaster, OH.
• Secondary locations: Groveport, OH.
• Schedule availability required: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Start Time: 07:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant with physical role requirements.
