Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid state driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to a variety of store locations.
• Physically capable of lifting/moving up to 25 lbs regularly and more as needed.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Midland, MI; Bay City as secondary location.
• Schedule: Sun–Thu.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotions and follow RTM plans with the stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving products.
