Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser to support in-store merchandising across Charleston, WV and nearby areas. You will stock shelves, maintain displays, and capture promo displays as part of the DSD merchandising process.

Responsibilities include representing Mondelēz to store staff, following schedules, and contributing to seasonal displays and product launches while upholding brand standards. 20–25 hours weekly; weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz's DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through Mondelēz's guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate issues with Mondelēz’s management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
