Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a part-time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks to life in-store, build relationships, stock shelves, and ensure displays meet RTM plans. You’ll work 20-25 hours per week, travel within a 25-35 mile radius of Champlen, MN, and serve as the face of iconic brands.

Responsibilities include daily store visits, ordering via iPad and Salesforce, implementing displays, and staying compliant with safety standards. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
• Positive, professional attitude, self-motivated.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle and have valid auto insurance.
• Capable of repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism.
• Serve as face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following merchandising standards.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules to cover retail team.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; handle physical tasks.
