Job summary

Mondelez International is hiring a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to fulfill merchandising needs by stocking shelves, building displays, and coordinating with sales teams. You will promote world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit through strong in-store presence.

Responsibilities include store visits, on-shelf execution, and ordering products via iPad to ensure in-stock conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment; lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles from Des Plaines, IL; secondary Wheeling, IL.
• Schedule Tuesday–Saturday; Start Time 08:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store staff and collaborate with sales reps to improve product visibility.
• Conduct in-store visits following DSD Merchandising Steps and photograph displays.
• Order product via iPad tablet to maintain stock levels on shelves and displays.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
• Adhere to daily merchandising schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Support seasonal displays and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat demeanor while in-store.
