Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to drive in-store execution for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will perform daily store visits, stock shelves, and set up displays, engaging store teams and shoppers to enhance brand visibility.

You will use iPad and Salesforce to place orders, coordinate promotions, and maintain in-stock conditions, while adhering to RTM plans.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs; occasional push/pull over 50 lbs; physical role.
• Retail/grocery experience a plus; live within 25–35 miles of Rome, GA.
• Secondary locations: Cedartown, Rockmart, Centre (AL); schedule Sun–Thu.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company; deliver outstanding customer service.
• Execute daily store visits; capture display photos via DMI and Salesforce.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Order product via iPad and maintain in-stock conditions on shelves and displays.
• Implement promotional displays; ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily RTM schedules for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; manage physical tasks including lifting and bending.
