Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs; occasional over 50 lbs; moving products as needed.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Shawnee, KS.
• Schedule: four weekdays and one weekend day; start by 7 am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to your RTM and management team.
• Stay Safe & Compliant; lifting and moving products in a fast-paced environment.
