Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United States seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our snacks to life in-store, stocking shelves, building relationships with store teams, and ensuring optimal displays so shoppers find their favorites easily.

You will follow a structured merchandising routine, capture in-store photos, order product, and support new product launches while upholding health and safety standards across assigned locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Capable of lifting and moving product as required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and excellence as the face of the brands.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DMI Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of our brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage among the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to the RTM and management team.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting, bending, and moving products.
