Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to execute in-store merchandising for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will manage displays, stock shelves, and place orders via iPad to ensure products are in stock and well-presented.

The role requires driving to multiple store locations, strong customer service, and adherence to program guidelines. Physical duties are involved and schedule is Tuesday–Saturday.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving product as needed.
