Mondelēz International is hiring a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy! to life in stores. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock while engaging store personnel and shoppers.

The role requires daily store visits, use of an iPad for ordering and Salesforce for inventory, and adherence to RTM plans. It offers hourly pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement in a nationwide snack leader.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with insurance.
• Able to perform physical duties including lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe & compliant with physical duties including lifting and moving products.
