Mondelez International Inc. in Spring, TX is seeking a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to stock and display Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit in-store.

You will build relationships with store teams, manage product placement, and ensure products are in stock and properly displayed. You’ll drive personal mobility to multiple stores, lift up to 25 lbs, and follow RTM plans while supporting seasonal launches and promotions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must drive personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move products as part of daily tasks.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules for efficient market coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and comply with physical task requirements.
