Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. in Glenshaw, PA is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy! to life in-store.

You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are ready for shoppers in the biscuit aisle. You’ll visit stores, take display photos, place orders via iPad using Salesforce, and collaborate with store staff to optimize in-stock conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 with valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle and travel to multiple store locations.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional 50+ lbs).
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store as the face of the brands.
• Provide outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily, capture display photos, and maintain displays using DMI.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Place orders via iPad to keep shelves in stock using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and RTM priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and comply with physical requirements of the role.
