Mondelez International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy! to life in stores. You will stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are in stock and well-presented across assigned locations.

You’ll drive relationships with store personnel, place orders via iPad using Salesforce, and support seasonal launches. The role requires physical activity and a commitment to safety while delivering top-notch customer

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid state driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive own vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following merchandising standards; capture photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Adhere to safety requirements; handle lifting and movement of products as needed.
