Mondelēz International in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to execute in-store merchandising for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will stock shelves, set displays, and ensure products are consistently in stock and properly presented.

This role requires dependable transportation and a proactive approach to store visits, with opportunities for career growth within a global snacks company.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by your state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude with ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Baton Rouge, LA; secondary locations listed.
• Schedule requires Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; start by 7 am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a focus on excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
